George Town Tze Char and Craft Beer
OUR STORY (From 1986)

Founded in 1986, George Town Tze Char is a proudly family-owned restaurant with a rich culinary heritage spanning 3 generations. Our story began as Kee Hock Seafood, a modest tze char stall at 165 Bukit Merah Central, started by founder Goh Thian Lye. Over the decades, our passion for authentic Malaysian stir-fry cuisine helped us grow, with branches in Yishun, Yew Tee, Khatib, Bedok, Senja, Teck Whye, and Toa Payoh, before finding our permanent home in Boat Quay in 2006.

Today, the legacy lives on under the guidance of the dynamic father-son team, Charles and Gerrard, who bring tradition and innovation together in every dish. With a menu rooted in bold, nostalgic flavors and a curated selection of 35 craft and international beers, we are committed to delivering hearty meals and a memorable dining experience to every guest.
